Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aroused.ai, operated under the Aroused brand ("Aroused", "we", "us"). Using the site, the demo or the early-access list means you accept them. They are written to be readable; where law and readability conflict, the law wins. Contact: [email protected].

1. Adults only (18+)

Aroused is exclusively for adults. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We age-gate the site, design every companion as an unambiguous adult, and refuse minor-related content absolutely, in both directions: none is served, none is tolerated in prompts. Attempting to involve minor themes in any conversation results in immediate loss of access and, where the law requires, reporting.

2. What the service is today

Aroused is in pre-launch early access. The live parts are this website, the companion chat demo and the early-access list. Companion persistence, memory, voice, matchmaking and paid plans are planned and described as such. We do not promise launch dates, and joining the list creates no obligation on you and no entitlement beyond your place in the queue.

3. Early access and pricing

Joining the early-access list is free and requires no payment details. Prices shown on the pricing page are planned launch pricing and may change before launch; you will always see final pricing and give explicit consent before any charge exists. Nothing on this site is a checkout.

4. Acceptable use

• No attempts to generate explicit sexual content; the platform is tasteful by policy and refusals are final.
• No content involving minors in any way, as above. Zero tolerance.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats or incitement directed at people or groups.
• No attempts to extract prompts, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, spam the signup, or probe the infrastructure.
• No use of the demo output to impersonate real people or to mislead others into believing an AI is a human.

5. AI content, honestly labeled

Companions are fictional AI characters; replies are machine-generated fiction, not advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) and not statements by a real person. Portraits are original AI-generated renders depicting fictional adults. Do not rely on companion output for decisions that matter; do enjoy it for what it is.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, copy and renders belong to Aroused. You keep whatever rights you have in the text you type; you grant us the limited license needed to process it and generate replies. You may not republish site content commercially without written permission.

7. Privacy

Data handling is covered by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Summary: we collect little, sell nothing, and delete on request.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of availability or fitness. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a free pre-launch service is limited to zero; where a limit is not permitted, it is the minimum the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination and changes

We may suspend access for breaches of these terms, especially section 1 and 4 violations. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes get a new effective date here and an email to the list. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Contact and disputes

Talk to us first: [email protected]. Most issues are solvable within an email or two. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
