JuicyChat AI review: is JuicyChat safe, and is Premium worth paying for?

JuicyChat AI is worth paying for if you like a big library of community-made characters and you use it most days: Premium is $12.99 a month, or $93.99 for a year paid once, and that annual plan does not auto-renew, which is unusually fair. It is a legitimate service run by a registered Maltese company, not a scam. Before you pay, know three things. Refunds end the moment you use anything, the two higher tiers carry no public price, and the site loads several advertising trackers.

We build a competing product, so weigh this accordingly. Every figure below came from JuicyChat's own help wiki, policies and the code its site sends to the browser, read on 22 September 2026, not from other review sites. Where we quote a review site, we say so.

How much does JuicyChat AI cost?

JuicyChat Premium costs $12.99 a month or $93.99 a year, with 6,000 JuicyCoins a month. Those are the only JuicyChat prices you can read without an account, and they come from a screenshot of the checkout inside JuicyChat's own wiki. The site's /pricing address shows the age gate and the character feed to a signed-out visitor, and plan prices arrive from an encrypted API after sign-in.

Deluxe (30,000 coins a month) and Diamond (70,000) are real tiers described in detail in the same wiki, but without a price. Review sites list them at $43.99 and $88.99 a month, and at $319.99 and $788.99 a year. We could not confirm those on any JuicyChat page, so treat them as a guide and trust your own checkout screen.

The Premium screenshot sets $12.99 against a struck-through $18.56 and $93.99 against $222.69, and the live site header advertised "70% OFF" on the day we checked. The struck-through figures are not prices anyone pays. The annual plan works out to about $7.83 a month, which is our arithmetic.

What do you actually get on each JuicyChat plan?

Premium gets the Pro models with up to 64K tokens of context, unlimited character voice, and half-price messages on JuicyChat's own JuicyLLM models, which the model picker lists at 2 coins a message. Deluxe adds the NSFW video generator, free JuicyLLM messages and free access to the photo albums, where a locked image otherwise costs 300 coins. Diamond adds the Max models with up to one million tokens of context, built for very long role-play campaigns.

Membership coins "don't stack or roll over to the next month," and they are spent before any coins you bought. So Premium's 6,000 coins are a use-it-or-lose-it monthly budget. Spent only on album unlocks, that is 20 photos. Coins you buy or earn from daily tasks do stay on the account.

Is JuicyChat AI safe?

JuicyChat is safe in the sense that matters most to a buyer: it is a real, established service with a named operator and published terms, and nothing we read suggests it takes money without delivering. Its terms and privacy policy name Cognify AI LTD., registered in Malta at a Santa Venera business-center address, the same one Candy AI's operator uses. The risks are the ordinary ones for this category, and they are specific enough to check.

Tracking. The homepage loads a Meta pixel, an X pixel, Google Analytics, DataEye analytics, two affiliate trackers and an ad-network id-sync script. The privacy policy says its advertising partners "may be able to identify you across sites, devices, and over time," and that the service "does not support Do Not Track." If you would rather an adult service stayed out of your ad profile, that matters more than any feature.

Support. Refund requests, failed payments and cancellation trouble go through tickets on JuicyChat's Discord server. That works, but it means sharing a Discord identity with the company you are disputing a charge with.

Lookalikes. juicychat.com redirects to an unrelated adult site, juicy-chat.eu copies the brand's title and ranks for pricing searches, and juicychat.app and juicychat.io are unofficial sites. The two "Juicy Chat" apps on the US App Store come from unrelated sellers. The product is at juicychat.ai; type it yourself. Can you get a refund from JuicyChat?

Only within 24 hours of payment, and only if you have not used anything. The refund policy says a request is denied "if you have used any feature, including chat, images, voice, or JuicyCoin," however soon you ask. Partial refunds are not supported, and approved refunds reach the original payment method in 7 to 10 business days. In practice, once you send a single message on a new plan, that payment is final.

Three more billing rules are worth knowing before you choose a tier. An upgrade replaces your current plan at once and "cannot be restored." Downgrades are not supported, and neither are upgrades from one monthly tier to another. And "We do not currently support changing payment information": to switch cards you turn off renewal, wait for the plan to end, then subscribe again.

Does JuicyChat auto-renew?

The monthly plan does; the annual plan does not. JuicyChat's guide says the Annual Membership "requires a one-time payment, and auto-renewal will not be activated automatically." That is the best billing term in this review and better than most of the category, including Candy AI, whose plans renew for the same term by default. If you are going to try JuicyChat, the year is the safer purchase precisely because you cannot forget it.

Can you make money on JuicyChat as a creator?

Yes, and it is one of JuicyChat's real differences. Users spend JuicyGems on creators' exclusive content, and JuicyChat first takes an estimated 10% refund reserve and 10% for payment and currency fees, then shares the rest: 80% for its top "Juicy Royalty" creators, 70% for the next two levels and 60% for everyone else. On its own worked example, 100 gems spent becomes 64 gems for a top creator.

Each transaction waits 30 days to confirm, the minimum withdrawal is 250 gems, and payouts take 14 to 20 business days. Non-certified creators are limited to $100 a month through PayPal, USDT or USDC, and SubscribeStar and Ko-fi are capped at $100 per withdrawal. If bot income starts landing in three or four of those accounts, a single income tracker built for creators saves a lot of reconciliation at tax time. Purchased gems cannot be withdrawn, only earned ones.

JuicyChat AI vs Aroused: which is the better buy?

If you want variety, JuicyChat is the stronger product: a large library of community-made characters, image generation, video on Deluxe and a one-million-token model on Diamond. Its annual Premium plan at $93.99 is fair, and it cannot renew behind your back.

For someone who wants video or the biggest memory models, budget for Deluxe or Diamond and check the price at checkout, because JuicyChat does not publish it. Whichever you pick, use the 24-hour window deliberately: look around, but do not chat until you are sure.
