The short answer
JuicyChat AI Premium costs $12.99 a month or $93.99 a year, with 6,000 JuicyCoins a month. Deluxe (30,000 coins) and Diamond (70,000 coins) have no price on any public JuicyChat page; review sites list them at $43.99 and $88.99 a month. The annual plan is a single payment that does not auto-renew, which is rare and genuinely buyer friendly. Refunds end 24 hours after payment or at first use of anything. JuicyChat is run by Cognify AI LTD. in Malta, and its pages load a Meta pixel, an X pixel and several affiliate and analytics scripts.

Three tiers, one visible price
Open juicychat.ai/pricing without an account and you get the age gate and the character feed, not a price list. The prices load from an encrypted API after sign-in. The one place JuicyChat shows a price in public is a screenshot of its Premium checkout inside its own help wiki. Here is everything that can be read today, and where each figure comes from.

The Premium screenshot shows $12.99 beside a struck-through $18.56 ("30% off") and $93.99 beside a struck-through $222.69 ("58% off"). The live site header was advertising "70% OFF" on the same day. We list the price you would actually pay, not the struck-through one. If your checkout shows a different Deluxe or Diamond price than the review-site figures, trust the checkout.

JuicyChat's own figure for $93.99 a year, against $0.43 a day on the $12.99 monthly plan. The year works out to about $7.83 a month (our arithmetic), and it is paid once with no renewal switched on.
What its own models cost per message

The model picker lists JuicyLLM models at 2 coins a message, marked "Deluxe FREE". The tier table says unlimited free on Deluxe and Diamond, and 50% off on Premium. Other models in the picker are community-tuned and priced separately.
One locked album photo
300 coins
Album images "normally require 300 JuicyCoins to unlock individually", with access included on Deluxe and Diamond. On Premium's 6,000 monthly coins, that is 20 unlocks and nothing else. Membership coins "don't stack or roll over to the next month."

What the higher tiers actually add
From JuicyChat's membership guide and the tier table in its own screenshot. The jump that matters for most buyers is Premium to Deluxe: video and free JuicyLLM messages. Diamond adds the very long memory models.

A 1M-token context is a real strength for long campaigns. The trade-off is that the tier which unlocks it is the one JuicyChat prices out of public view. If long memory is what you are buying, read our note on how AI companion memory works before paying for the biggest context window you can find.
Before your first payment
Five rules to know while your card is out
All five come from JuicyChat's refund policy, payment guide and membership FAQ. One of them is better than the category norm; the rest are worth reading first.
1. The annual plan does not renew
"The Annual Membership requires a one-time payment, and auto-renewal will not be activated automatically." You cannot be charged a second year by forgetting. Most rivals, including Candy AI, renew every term by default.
2. Refunds: 24 hours and untouched
A refund is denied "if you have used any feature, including chat, images, voice, or JuicyCoin", and never after 24 hours. Partial refunds are not supported. In practice, the moment you send one message, the purchase is final.
3. Upgrades overwrite, downgrades do not exist
An upgrade replaces the old plan at once and "cannot be restored". Monthly-to-monthly upgrades are unavailable, and downgrades are not supported at all. Pick the tier you want before paying, or wait for the current one to expire.
4. You cannot change your card
"We do not currently support changing payment information." To switch cards, turn off auto-renewal, wait for the plan to end, then subscribe again. Available payment methods also change with the language you set on the site.
5. Support runs through Discord
Refund requests, failed payments and cancellation problems go through tickets on JuicyChat's Discord server. If you do not use Discord, factor that in before a purchase you might need to dispute within a 24-hour window.

A Maltese company, and a page full of trackers
The operator
JuicyChat's terms (last modified May 28, 2024) and privacy policy (July 31, 2025) name Cognify AI LTD., registered in Malta, at 56 Central Business Centre, Triq Is-Soll, Santa Venera. Maltese law governs. That is a shared business-center address: Candy AI's operator, EverAI Limited, lists the same one, as we noted in our Candy AI safety review. A shared registered office does not by itself make two companies related.
What loads with the page
The homepage HTML loads a Meta pixel, an X (Twitter) pixel, Google Analytics, DataEye analytics, two affiliate trackers (Impact and Tolt) and an ad-network id-sync script. The privacy policy says advertising partners "may be able to identify you across sites, devices, and over time" and that "The Service does not support Do Not Track." Our pages load no analytics and no ad tags.

Does the JuicyChat annual plan auto-renew?
No. The Annual Membership is a one-time payment and auto-renewal is not switched on. The monthly plan does renew until you turn it off under Profile, then Manage Subscription. Cancel before the next billing date and you keep access to the end of the cycle.
Can you get a refund from JuicyChat?
Only within 24 hours of paying and only if you have used nothing: no chat, images, voice or coins. Partial refunds are not offered. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 7 to 10 business days, and requests go through a Discord ticket.
Who owns JuicyChat AI?
Cognify AI LTD., a company registered in Malta, according to JuicyChat's terms of use and privacy policy. Its registered address is a Santa Venera business center that Candy AI's operator also uses. The terms are governed by Maltese law.
What do JuicyCoins pay for?
Chatting on paid models, image generation, unlocking album photos, donations to creators and some profile decorations. JuicyLLM models are listed at 2 coins a message. Membership coins are spent first and expire each month; bought or earned coins stay.
Is JuicyChat AI safe?
It is a real, established service with published policies, not a scam. The risks are ordinary for the category but worth knowing: strict refunds, advertising trackers on the page, support only via Discord, and lookalike domains. Our JuicyChat AI review goes through each one.
Is there a JuicyChat app in the US?
Not one we could find from JuicyChat itself. Its code points to an iOS app on the Singapore store that no longer returns a listing, and the US App Store results for "Juicy Chat" are from unrelated sellers. Use the website.
Is Juicy Chat the same as JuicyChat AI?
Yes, people search it both ways. The product is at juicychat.ai. The domains juicychat.com, juicy-chat.eu, juicychat.app and juicychat.io are not JuicyChat, and one of them redirects to an unrelated adult site.
What is the best JuicyChat AI alternative?
