HeraHaven AI sells one plan, HeraHaven Pro, at $19.95 a month or $79.80 a year, with unlimited texting and 500 Luna tokens a month. A generated picture costs 7 Luna and a video costs 200, so the allowance covers about 71 pictures or two videos before you buy packs from $10.95. Every charge is non-refundable, chat data is kept for five years after you delete your account, and the operator is Vilala Limited in Cyprus. It is a capable picture-first product. One plan, four token packs, and a sign-up wall in front of both
HeraHaven's subscribe page shows a "Create a Free Account" form to anyone who is not signed in, so you cannot compare its price with anything until you have registered. The figures are still public, one layer down: they sit in the plan configuration the site sends to every browser. This is the complete default list, read directly from that file.

Why "$9.95" shows up in search

The same file holds two reminder offers that reuse an older brand name, LunaLust Pro: $14.95 a month or $59.40 a year, and $9.95 a month or $47.40 a year. Those are win-back prices, not the standing one, which is why reviews disagree.

The part that moves your bill
What 500 Luna actually buys in a month
Texting on Pro is unlimited and costs nothing extra, which is a genuine strength. The features HeraHaven advertises most, pictures and videos, are metered. Its own buy page lists the rates: "Voice Message" 1 Luna, "Generate Picture" 7, "Create Character" 15. The video button reads "Create Video · 200 Luna", and the app warns that "Videos take about 4 minutes to generate."

Luna per custom character. The homepage says "There's no limit to the number of AI girlfriends you can create", and each one draws from the same wallet.
None of this is a trick. A token wallet is an honest way to price something that costs real compute, and failed videos are credited back ("Your 200 Luna were refunded"). It does mean that "how much does HeraHaven cost" has two answers: $19.95 if you mostly text, and $19.95 plus packs if you came for the pictures. Before you pay
How far a free HeraHaven account goes
HeraHaven invites you to "Join HeraHaven for free today" and publishes no trial length or message allowance anywhere a visitor can read it. The limits do exist, in the site's code, and they are small on purpose: the free account is a taste, and the paywall arrives quickly. What the code sets, as observed on 15 September 2026:
- •14 messages in a single chat, or 28 messages in total, before a signed-in free user is stopped.
- •7 messages for a visitor who has not signed in.
- •2 custom characters and 2 generated images, with some images shown blurred.
- •Voice messages: "only available to Pro users".
Values in front-end code can change without notice and may differ from what the server enforces, so read them as a sense of scale rather than a contract. The practical point holds either way. You will know within a single evening whether you want to pay, and the moment you do, every charge after it is final.
Checkout facts worth knowing
- •Cards: "Only Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted", and "Discover cards are no longer supported".
- •Crypto: a "Pay with crypto" option on both the plan and the token checkout.
- •Statement: "Charges will appear on your statement as: herahelp.com".
- •ID checks: subscribers in Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Florida and other listed states must verify age, optionally by ID through Veriff.
- •Price changes: the terms promise "at least 30 days' notice" of a subscription increase.
Refunds, data and the fine print
Three sentences to read before your first payment
HeraHaven publishes its policies, which is more than several apps in this category do. We read all of them. These are the three passages that matter most to a buyer, quoted exactly.
On refunds
"All charges are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees, recurring payments, Luna Package purchases, and cryptocurrency transactions, except where a refund is required by applicable law."
Cancellation policy, version of 22 August 2026. Cancelling ends renewal at the close of the paid period and refunds nothing already charged.
On keeping your chats
"Retention Period 5 years after the erasure of your account"
Privacy policy, applied to registration data and to chat data including images, video, audio and "Data you may share during chat". Deleting your account starts that clock rather than ending it.
On who can read them
"a periodical sample check will be carried out on the conversations ... your communication with the chatbot may become visible by our employees"
Same policy. The homepage FAQ says "All conversations are confidential". Both can be true in a narrow sense; only one is on the page most people read.
On who you are contracting with: the terms name Vilala Limited, company number HE 442229, of Nicosia, Cyprus, and say Cyprus law governs. The version shown to US users also requires individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act before an arbitrator licensed in California, waives class actions and jury trials, and gives you 30 days after accepting to opt out by email. If you care about that, send the opt-out on the day you sign up. Several third-party reviews also describe HeraHaven as end-to-end or AES-256 encrypted; neither its privacy policy nor its terms mention encryption at all, and its homepage says only that it uses "the latest encryption tech".

Is HeraHaven safe?
It is a real paid service run by Vilala Limited, a Cyprus company, with published terms, an 18+ age gate and third-party ID checks in several US states. Two points deserve a read before you type anything personal: its privacy policy keeps chat data for "5 years after the erasure of your account", and it says staff may see conversations during periodic quality sample checks.
Can you get a refund from HeraHaven?
Generally no. Its cancellation policy, dated 22 August 2026, says "All charges are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees, recurring payments, Luna Package purchases, and cryptocurrency transactions, except where a refund is required by applicable law." Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps access until the paid period ends, but returns nothing from the current one.
How do I cancel HeraHaven?
From your account settings. HeraHaven's policy says cancellation "will be effective at the end of the current paid billing period, and access will continue until then," and customers who cannot cancel in settings can email its support address. There is no prorated refund, so cancel a few days before the renewal date rather than after it.
Who owns HeraHaven?
Vilala Limited, company number HE 442229, based in Nicosia, Cyprus, according to its terms of service. Cyprus law governs those terms, yet the version shown to US users also requires individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act before a California-licensed arbitrator, with 30 days to opt out by email after you accept.
Is Hera Haven AI the same as HeraHaven?
Yes, people spell it both ways, and the product lives at herahaven.ai. herahaven.com and herahavenai.com redirect there. herahaven.net and hera-haven.com do not: they are separate sites using the name, and on 15 September 2026 every sign-up button on herahaven.net led through a tracking link to Candy AI instead.
Does HeraHaven have an app?
Not a store app. We found no HeraHaven listing on the US Apple App Store or Google Play on 15 September 2026. It runs in the browser and ships a web-app manifest, so you can add it to a phone home screen, which is the same way Aroused works.
What does HeraHaven show on a bank statement?
Its checkout says "Charges will appear on your statement as: herahelp.com", and herahelp.com is a small billing-support page for the service. It accepts only Visa and Mastercard for card payments and also offers crypto. Note the descriptor when you subscribe, because an unfamiliar line on a statement is the usual reason people dispute a charge they made.
