The short answer
OurDream AI Premium costs $19.99 a month or $119.88 a year ($9.99 a month), with unlimited messages and 1,000 Dreamcoins a month. Its own code also sells Deluxe at $59.99 a month or $359.88 a year with 5,000 coins, and coin packs from $11.99. By OurDream's own figures, 1,000 coins is about 10 videos or 200 images, so the coin balance, not the message count, is what limits a heavy user. For unlimited chat with pictures, it is one of the better-value products in this category. Its homepage promise of end-to-end encrypted chats is not what its privacy policy describes.

Two tiers, three coin packs, and no pricing page
Type ourdream.ai/pricing and you get a "Page Not Found" screen. The Premium prices are in the homepage FAQ and its structured data. The Deluxe prices and the coin packs appear nowhere on the public site; they are in the price table the checkout loads into your browser. Here is all of it in one place. The per-month and per-video columns are our arithmetic.

What Premium's coins buy

OurDream's own pricing text: "Every 1,000 coins covers roughly 200 images, 20 minutes of voice calls, or 10 videos." Premium's monthly allowance is one of those, not all three. Messages themselves are unlimited on every paid plan, which is a real strength.
One extra video, bought in packs

At roughly 100 coins a video, the $11.99 pack works out to about $1.20 a video and the $159.99 pack to about $0.80. Our arithmetic on OurDream's own rates. Coins you buy stay on the account; plan coins are topped up on each billing date.

None of this makes OurDream a bad product. These are places where two of its own pages describe the same thing differently, and the difference matters to someone deciding whether to pay. We report the gap. We do not know the reason for it.

On encryption specifically: end-to-end means only the two ends of a conversation hold the keys. At-rest and in-transit encryption, which the policy describes, is standard and good, but the operator can still decrypt the data, and an AI that writes the replies has to read the messages. The privacy policy is the legal document. Treat your chats as readable by the company, on OurDream and on any service in this category, including ours. Our privacy notice names the outside AI provider messages are sent to, rather than promising that nobody can read them.
Before your first payment
Four clauses to read while your card is out
All four come from OurDream's Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Its refund terms are fairer than several rivals'; the details are still worth knowing.
1. A 14-day quality guarantee, case by case
If a product has a defect or is "significantly different from its description", you can write to support within 14 days of purchase, and OurDream "may offer a credit, replacement, rectification of the service provided, or a refund" at its discretion. It aims to answer within 7 business days. That beats the flat "no refunds" of many rivals.
2. Canceling stops the next bill, not this one
You can cancel at any time from account settings. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and "unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable". On a $359.88 Deluxe year, that is a lot of unused period. Try a month first.
3. Crypto is final
Payments in cryptocurrency are "final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law". The code takes crypto through NOWPayments and cards through several processors. If a card coin purchase fails, it offers links to buy Dreamcoin codes on G2A, a third-party key marketplace.
4. Talk to support before a chargeback
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first "may result in suspension of your account pending investigation". Disputes that do reach a formal stage go to individual JAMS arbitration under Delaware law, with a class action waiver. The terms explain how to opt out of arbitration.

Two OurDream addresses are the product. Two send you to a rival.
OurDream is run by Dream Studio USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation. We followed every likely spelling of the name on 21 September 2026. If you search for it rather than typing it, this is what you can land on.

What is OurDream AI Deluxe?
The higher tier. OurDream's own text says Deluxe comes with 5,000 coins a month instead of 1,000, "plus free Premium chat models and 3x chat memory". Its price only appears inside the app and its checkout code, not on the homepage.
How many videos do you get on OurDream AI?

Is there an OurDream AI app?
Not on the US App Store. No app there is published by Dream Studio. OurDream works in the browser at ourdream.ai and ourdream.io. Treat any "OurDream" app from another seller as a different product.
Are OurDream AI chats end-to-end encrypted?
The homepage says so. The privacy policy describes encryption at rest and in transit, and says information may be used to train its AI models. Those are different things, and we could not verify which applies to chat logs. Assume the company can read them.
Can you get a refund from OurDream AI?
Possibly. There is a 14-day quality guarantee for a defect or a service unlike its description, decided case by case. Unused time is generally not refunded, crypto is final, and EEA, UK and Swiss buyers get a 14-day withdrawal right. Our OurDream AI review covers what that means in practice.

Dream Studio USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, according to its terms. The refund policy also names Dream Studio LLC and Tektopia Ltd. Disputes go to individual JAMS arbitration under Delaware law, with an opt-out.

For unlimited chat with pictures and some video, yes: $9.99 a month billed yearly is strong value. It gets expensive if video is the point, because 10 videos a month is the Premium allowance and Deluxe is $59.99 a month.
