Aroused does not build companions from photos of real people, and that is deliberate. Generating a likeness of a specific real person raises consent and privacy problems we will not create tools for. Instead you describe a fictional character, so the companion is an original creation that belongs to the story you are building, not a copy of someone real.
Can the generator suggest a name?
Yes. If you have designed the look and personality but are stuck on what to call her, the builder can suggest names that fit the character you described. You are free to override any suggestion, so the name is still your choice; the generator just gets you unstuck when the blank field is the only thing between you and starting.
